Morrison Star is a direct son of the legendary Quick Star. His dam, Catya (by Cassini I), comes from the line that also produced City Banking 3, ridden by Steven Whitaker.
The combination of French blood with the German Cassini I mare has clearly paid off, as Morrison Star shows the right blood, the right looks, and the right attitude to develop into a very good sport horse.
