He is sired by the late Cicero Z, renowned for producing reliable sport horses with scope and heart, and is bred out of Alexis, a daughter of Namelus R, who herself performed at 1m45 level and descends from the same family as Jeroen Dubbeldam's 1m60 Grand Prix horse Jumper.
