He is sired by the late Junior du Seigneur and is a direct son of Gatoucha van ’t Roosakker, one of the most influential mares in modern top sport, and herself sold as a broodmare for a record €570,000 at auction. Gatoucha herself competed at 1m50 level and is the dam of multiple top performers, including the 1m60 jumpers Attoucha and Tinkoucha Hero Z, the 1m50 performer Maestro van ’t Roosakker, the 1m50 jumper H5 Alana Hero Z and the 1m45 horse Kastello.
