Annabelle van het Bildeken is a 3-year-old mare who combines Grand Prix promise with exceptional genetics. She is bred out of a maternal sister to Eduardo Alvarez Aznar’s 1m60 Grand Prix mare Qevita vd Bisschop. Her granddam is a full sister to the 1m55 jumper Melvin vd Bisschop and a maternal sister to no fewer than nine blacktype performers, including the 1m60 Grand Prix horses Popeye vd Bisschop, Jackson vd Bisschop, Luigi vd Bisschop and Isaac vd Bisschop. Great-granddam Evita van ’t Roosakker is a full sister to the 1m60 horses Emperio van ’t Roosakker and Equador van ’t Roosakker, and herself a daughter of the influential foundation mare Usha van ’t Roosakker.
